Bashkir State Medical University has official tie up with leading international educational, scientific and medical institutions. It is due to these Cooperation students and young doctors of BSMU get an opportunity to participate in international exchanges, workshops and various joint research projects.They also get to know other cultures and improve their foreign language skills as well.
On the contrary BSMU’s list of foreign partnership with International universities includes about 50 universities, clinics, scientific and educational centres of China, Germany, USA, Austria and Norway etc.
Foreign partnership of the University has benefitted the students a lot as every year almost 80 students and young doctors of BSMU Clinic undertake summer internship in different Universities of China and Germany. Additionally, BSMU also conducts numerous lectures, workshops and seminars for students represented by doctors and professors from other countries. The University, in turn, receives up to 80 students in a year from countries like Germany,China, Italy, Macedonia,Mexico, Egypt,Latvia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kazakhstan and Morocco for summer practice in BSMU Clinic.
Apart from this, BSMU also organizes and actively takes part in significant international events in the recent years that were held in Ufa.
