Dear Students, We are happy to welcome you to Bashkir State Medical University. Our University has always been recognized and known as the primary core of Medical and Pharmaceutical sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Our Institution is glad for successfully training specialists for health care, scientific and pedagogical work in the sphere of professional medical and pharmaceutical education of the Russian Federation for more than 85 years. Our University Scientist has also represented Russia and our Republic many times at the International events in different fields of natural sciences.

I want to highly appraise our University Faculty members who are famous medical practioners and scholars of reputed universities involved mainly into medical, teaching and other scientic activities. Bashkir State Medical University also provides training facilities, material and technical resources, and a stock of library for its students. The University is well known all around Russia and world medical institutions for its school of oncologists, cardiologists, surgeons, and morphologists.

Also thanks to the international summits of BRICS and SCO for which today we are at the center of both Russian and international medical events. This event was held in 2015 at the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and Ufa became a new congress center of Russia. This summit opened a new door for the University and also gave impetus to the development of the university with other countries like Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and China and also cooperation with the leading universities of Germany. Students, physicians and professors of our University are nowadays being integrated in international practice and our scientists are together conducting joint research in topical problems of medicine.
